Booked a well-equipped twin room with a garden view online and liked it. the staff were very helpful and affable, assisting with free parking.

the room was big size, and cosy, with a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and tv. sea view was a nice bonus.

Everything was excellent, perfect location adjacent to centre, a nearby beach and the highway, excellent experience. The room was a nice size and I enjoyed the stay during our 7 day visit. The location is exceptional with beautiful views. It is in a quiet and magnificent setting close to the city center. Not far from a great shared garden, a nice beach, and a shopping center.

The food for dinner and breakfast was delicious, and the beds were extremely comfortable with great amenities like a multi-channel TV, dining area, and writing table in the room.

We had an amazing 7-day stay at this place, with clean, spacious, and cozy rooms, and lovely staff, and the location right by the ocean was excellent!

our recent stay in funchal was fantastic - the best christmas party ever! the hosts at our accommodation, joana and louis, were absolutely amazing. they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even provided us with delicious bananas from their farm. the room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. we will definitely come back!

I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and hospitality of the hosts at Apart Monumental. They made me feel like part of their family, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The freshly picked bananas and lemons from their garden were a delightful treat. The ocean view from my room's terrace was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the open space design made it easy to relax and socialize. The convenience of a nearby bus stop allowed for easy transportation to Funchal Centre. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen. We loved being able to cook our own meals and save some money. The location was also great, just a short drive from the airport and in a quiet area. Plus, we had a stunning view from the balcony and terrace. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

That the windows didn't close or lock properly, which made us a bit nervous about leaving our valuables in the room. , the curtains didn't provide enough privacy as they didn't fully cover the windows and door.
